P.P. Casita - Adult Only Hotel Phi Phi Islands, Phi Phi Islands

The hotel is located in a beautiful and well-maintained garden setting, close to the beach bars in the main bar area. The only downside was the potential noise from the evening activities if you prefer a quieter setting.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The pool area was perfect for a summer vacation, clean and clear, ideal after exploring the island. However, the rooms really needed refreshing, giving off more of a driftwood village vibe rather than a lively island scene.

I stayed for 5 nights in a bungalow towards the back of the property. The rooms felt slightly outdated and could have been a little cleaner. The service, unfortunately, was not nice at all compared to other hotels' hospitality. On a positive note, the location is great for easily walking to shops and restaurants, just steps away. The dining experience was average, so it might be better to eat locally. The facilities are satisfactory but could use some improvements.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms, although small, were cute and impeccably clean. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super friendly and always helpful. The location, although a bit outside the main area, provided a quiet and safe retreat. The dining options were good, offering plenty of choices. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hotel kept us safe during a storm.
